After 2 first Eps in 2016 on Voxnox & ARTS Digital, the young Berliner Talent Opål comes back on the new swiss Imprint Bipolar Disorder. The Silem EP demonstrates Opål’s ease to encompass both energetic, raving, or deeper Techno style. The main title “Silem” takes the listener right away through a melodic journey aiming to warm dancefloors, followed by the dubbier, more classic/chilled “Capillaries”. “Cadmium” gives acceleration again on the B Side with its stomping bass, before to close with “Solar”. Never forcing the audience, Opål cares for details and atmospheres. His ability to experiment and blend genres insures him a unique signature in a driven, puristic, dub, leaning toward hypnotic style.
