First release by O.M. Theorem goes straight into a deep skeletal Dubstep territory, with percussions crossing time signatures consistently on both A1 and A2. There's subtle breaks channeling psychedelic and almost acidic atmospheres, with space and time playfully being challenged on especially A1. While still keeping within the dark and percussive side of Dubstep sonics A2 ups the energy level with a slight touch of D'n'B. B1 has proven to be a favorite in some sound system circles - with a constant change of percussion layers and that liquid vocal snippet playing along the entire very well programmed arrangement. Rounding off the EP is the most melodic track, also the one closest to UK (Speed) Garage, here HiHats and prominent Snares meet very playfull acid lines, pads and two basslines.[info sheet from distr.]
