Outland Records proudly presents the debut release by two very young Dutch lads who call themselves Loops. They have already gained much attention the past few months with their stunning live-performance, creating mayhem everywhere they play. Luckily the gents found some time to record two uberfunky floorfilling tracks which will please both dj and crowd when played out loud. Tuner is one hell of a groovy piece with nice breaks and vocal snippets which will get you dancing your ass off. What the song 16, maybe 17, maybe 18 is all about we dont know (you figure it out), we DO know that this track will get the people to move their butt to the dancefloor.
