It’s upfront, chunky and totally tight disco to make you, well, jive! First up is Love Jones, a bouncy bassline and delicious pitched up vocal illustrate the producers shrewd ear for uncomplicated grooves and is clearly primed for the dancefloor. Percussie Sanway builds gloriously into an out and out stream roller of a track with its glitzy tinges and irresistible bass drive. Wrapping up the record we have some low slung crunk, guided by a vocal tease from Wycleff throughout. On repeat! This tantalising inception from the London boys is surely a pledge to everything that is right about the genre. Grab it while it’s hot!
