The UFO Station steered by Knutsson/Berg travels further into unknown territory with their third release, a solo EP from Hans Berg, inspired by the idea of whales communicating through galaxies and outer space oceans, vast underwater landscapes in foreign worlds. On Whales EP we hear Bergs trademark quirky melodies over lush pads and slamming drums, landing somewhere between Detroit techno and Scandinavian melancholy.
