After several months of underground pressure the Orbital classic Kinetic by Golden Girls (Paul & Phil Hartnoll along with Mike Hazell) is finally getting a full release. One of the most ecstatic rave stabs ever is at the heart of this record and has now been reworked for 09 dancefloors by Floorplay Music - the label run by hot Brighton production duo Prok & Fitch. The story began a year ago with Prok & Fitchs Golden Shower remix. Instead of going down the bootleg or cover route they paid their dues and licensed the original track for their new label Floorplay and set about getting some hot names to remix it. Top of the pile is ATFC who takes the original and gives it a tough house makeover. This man has been responsible for a few classic records of his own over the years so this combination is unstoppable. With the original Orbital Mix included this is an all time classic tastefully revisited.
