The Italian duo of Frankyeffe and Enrico Sangiuliano kick things off, combining to deliver two smooth cuts that straddle the divide between house and tech house. >Consciousness< works up an atmospheric mood with spacey effects and the spoken vocal sample woven into a rolling, percussive groove. >Neaps< retains the percussive feel to create a bumping rhythm of drops and builds that provide the space for the distinctive vocals to do their damage.
