Enhanced was Todd’s nom de plume for his experimental, melodic techno soul that was formed through his love of early Whodini, LFO, UR, Kraftwerk, 808 State, Aphex Twin, Model 500, Black Dog Productions and Carl’s PSYCHE and Dan’s DBX projects. After the split of the region’s first techno group, Body Release, Titonton Duvanté, Charles Noel, Mike Szewczyk and Todd Sines ventured out into new directions, launching solo careers and labels. After meeting at a party in Detroit, Todd submitted his first demos to Carl Craig and Daniel Bell; both of which immediately offered him his first Detroit releases on Planet E, 7th City and Peacefrog.

Both atmospheric and danceable, his early impressions driving from Ohio to Detroit on I-75N, and I-94W to Chicago can be heard in this collection of his earliest works, appearing on Planet E, 21/22, Reflective UK and Public Transit Recordings.
