“Truth” is the debut EP from the Earlham Mystics, the new monikor of acclaimed artist Luke Abbott. Born from a desire to break some of his own rules, Earlham Mystics is Luke Abbott hopping onto an alternate timeline for his career, both looking back to basics and moving in exciting new directions. Taking its roots from a time before 2014’s “Wysing Forest” moved him into a more symphonic, freeform realm and carrying those roots into the now. “Truth” EP is Luke at his most immediate, offering up his most accessible work since previous releases on Notown such as “Modern Driveway” and “Object is a Navigator”.
