Titans Halo Records presents its second reference, made by Madrid techno veteran producer DJ F. This EP titled Calma includes four oneiric techno tracks that gravitate around the concept enunciated in its title.

Known for his many years of musical dedication in clubs like One or Audium, but also for holding the mythical store Recycle in Madrid, Flavio Tortora uses his techno moniker Dj F in this reference. During his career, Flavio has published with his other aliases Acid Future Overdose and Ideograma in the main labels of Spain's electronic music scene such as Sun Stone, Drivecom, Chaval Records and Semántica. In this e.p as in its frequent live shows he uses only analogical technology.

In this Calma E.p, Flavio recreates organic landscapes of a planet like Titan before its colonization using floating melodies on 4x4 rhythms. The four tracks homonyms of the record's title reflect the personal and unique style of his creator which manages to imprint a rusty sound upon his music and to extract all the soul from the techno as the masters of the genre did at the beginning of the nineties.

The cover's design got its inspiration from the astro-geological calmness concept that Flavio's tracks evoked. This artwork was conceived by Abdul Qadim Haqq, founder of Third Earth Visual Arts, which has collaborated several times with labels as UR, Red Planet and R&S, repeating the experience with Titan's Halo. The back cover and the inner designs were created by Alvaro Estevez and the mastering process was handled by Eternal Midnight Studios and engineered by Xergio Córdoba.
