Special remarks : 180g vinyl, Fullcover. The fifth release on our Lehult imprint introduces the unique sounds of yet another talent from our crew. After already appearing on our third release, the 8040 EP is DJ Assam’s first full length release, that showcases his deep and textured productions. In between slightly skipping grooves, atmospherical chords and thumping basslines, DJ Assam manages to create a atmosphere that offers just the right tension between seductive warmth and dark melancholy, between intimate proximity and distance, between uplifting groove and thoughtful introspection. It comes in a beautiful full-cover showing the deep forest of Lehult, as visual counterpart to the sounds of the EP.
