Maniac 3000 is the second anthemic single from Ferrer s much anticipated upcoming album on Defected, Paranoia Aftermath , to drop early 2017. Tapping into his techno-roots for this one, Ferrer has managed to create an unlikely union between the groovy techno drums and the suspense of arpeggiated synth line. In Ferrer s own words the track was an attempt to go backwards, to move forward .
