Karen Gwyer and Beatrice Dillon join forces for a limited 12- release on Alien Jams. Both artists find themselves deeply ingrained in London s vibrant electronics scene, however these two musicians approach their sound from two distinctly different angles. Dillon s -Curl- combines synthesised percussive effects with dubby analogue tones - maintaining the avant garde sensibilities of her Blues Dances 12- on Where to Now? - while the synths of Gwyer s -Common Soundproofing Myths- wail like sirens before falling into intoxicating acid territory.
