Side A “Disrepresentation” opens with dense atmospherics and spares drum hits. The percussion offers a moody swing drawing in the opening melodic flute line before kicking down the sways of melancholy with pulsing bass stabs reminiscent of dubsteps hey day. The track builds and evolves throughout making it’s self clearly known on the dance floor with its appeal to lurkers and skankers alike. Side B “Data Touch” offers an altogether different approach. Taking stuttering percussion and moody sub throughout its opening bars to a cymbal crashing and bass pulsating drop. This is a truly chest rattling tune guaranteed to shake the foundation of any system. With an infectious melody line and eyes down vibe this will be a mainstay in any forward thinking DJ’s record bag.
