After releases on Dont Be Afraid and Astro:Dynamics, as well as a contribution to Fifth Walls No Person is an Island V/A charity compilation, Berlin-via-London producer Alis returns to Hound Scales and Divvorces Fifth Wall imprint with the Apache EP. The A side is home to her two original productions: *Apache*, a waterlogged, wind-blown journey through arcane, genre-bending techno, and *Modus*, a more direct outing with an acid line that could take the paint off your mothers car. Two sweltering reinterpretations of *Apache*, one by Brooklyn tunesmith Ital and another by fellow Fifth Waller Matrixxman, populate the B side.
