Ludovico Einaudi's tonal language has already enriched many film and television productions with the minimalist, atmospheric beauty that is so typical for him. The music of the Italian artist thrives on clarity, lyrical ease, harmony and perfect precision. In the past, the pianist and composer repeatedly stormed to the top of the charts and achieved great popularity. Many of his film scores, on which the album “Cinema” now focuses, are also award-winning. A total of 28 titles from the diverse compositional work for screen and cinema screen bring all facets of Einaudi's music to light. In addition to highlights from big films like “This Is England”, “The Intouchables”, “I'm Still Here”, “Nomadland”, “Samba”, “Insidious”, “Fuori Dal Mondo” and “Sotto falso nome” also two previously unreleased tracks on the album's program.
