All-conquering Dutch electronic heroes Kraak & Smaak have taken the dance music by storm in recent years with a slew of killer collaborations with the like of Ben Westbeech, Romanthony (RIP), Mayer Hawthorne, Parcels, and many more sealing their international pedigree. Their live show has seen them play every festival and club worth the mention from Glastonbury to Detroit Movement, Coachella to Space Ibiza.

But before that, the three likely lads from Leiden turned out their debut album 'Boogie Angst' that established them in the spotlight and lead to heavy Radio 1 support from Pete Tong and Annie Nightingale. After initially struggling to find a label in their native Holland the boys signed to fledgling UK label Jalapeno Records, becoming a five-album mainstay artist of the label before setting up their own Boogie Angst imprint in 2016.

Following the pickup in the UK, the band licensed their album back to Dutch label PIAS – going on to sell tens of thousands of the debut, win the EBBA (Border breakers award), and establish themselves via radio and TV appearances as bona-fide pop stars in their home country.

The album that started it all – 'Boogie Angst' has been out of press on vinyl for some time but has been repressed by Jalapeno on a limited edition yellow vinyl double LP run.
