Taking found sounds from the city he lives in The Fear explores themes of personal desire, the fear of failure and rejection. Juxtaposing this side, The Beacon employs a heavily resonated rain sample to create a dreamier work centered around a throbbing bass line and aerodynamic chords in the mixolydian mode.
