Second release for Patrick Gibin aka TwICE and his ‘Collective Blends’ project which includes musicians from his home town Verona - Italy : for this release the collective invited special guest Clara Hill on vocals. The raw hypnotic Moog bassline together with the brazilian influenced hi-hats and rhythms of the title track “Time Goes By” build a solid atmospheric groove elevated by Clara Hills’ vocals, that give the track that unique soulful swing. On the flip, Volcov’s spaced out dub version of “Time Goes By” is as deep as it gets and the third track, Phanareega, keeps the energy high with its combination of live acoustic/electronic drums, sharp bassline and anthem strings.
