The murky grandeur of the title track lends itself to moody textures that build in narrative, walking a knife-edge between ndustrial techno and minimalist dub. TrySome conjures the setting of a dilapidated warehouse rave at 5am, while Makeless, with its low-slung percussive elements draped over misty pads and imposing bass, draws the listener further into Monolocs wormhole.
