he A cut, Untitled #1, is perhaps the EP's most instantly ear-catching, framing itself around a swinging hardcore break with a bubbling acid bassline coming to the fore over the course of the track's seven-minute running time. #2 opens the B-side with a fast, stripped-down, atmospheric techno tool, while #3 closes the EP with a pounding 4x4 melting away to reveal a romantic star-gazing breaks & pads combo.
The EP marks the start of a new phase in Suckut's already illustrious career, which has seen the German release on many of techno's most respected labels. More Rekids releases are in the works, plus 2016 will see the resurrection of his own SCKT imprint, with the two labels together becoming the producer's main outlets.
