A black, very black, vinyl record which stands out compared to previous releases on Limited. The sixth chapter of Andrea Belluzzi’s label is titled Black Series because its objective is to devastate the ordinary lines of techno and let loose the dark black wings which are the base of the project. On side A, Mike Storm and TransientX4 lead us through a gradual scale of mysterious and mechanical loops capable of hypnotizing while increasing the level of pathos. This culminates the gradual build up to the third track, produced by Andrea Belluzzi, with a perfect balance between dark techno and ambient in a mental voyage which seems to never lose itself during the entire 7 minutes with the perfect energy for the dancefloor. The record ends with the work of Ken Karter which, although is strictly mental and super hypnotic, manages to offer a distinct danceable rhythm marked by low frequencies which remain slow but captivating with a wide array of sounds which grow without boring the listener.
