The founders of Lets Play House Records—New Yorkers Jacques Renault and Nik Mercer—have started a new imprint in an effort to continue pushing the envelope and expanding their stylistic reach. G.M. is a vinyl-only label that will exist for eight installments, each one signifying a different phase of the moon. The releases will vary in tone and aesthetic, but, suffice it to say, each will be harder and heavier than what LPH proper puts forth. The series commences with four bombastic, techno-leaning barn-burners by a man who goes simply by Almost. G.M. guarantees that they will tear up any club floor.
