While studying film in Montpellier (France), Darlyn found himself mesmerized by some of the amazing electronic musicians he was introduced to by this vibrant city. Some of the artists that inspired him at this time were Royksopp & Vitalic. As fate would have it, Darlyn soon moved to Valencia, Spain. With an extraordinary ear for music, this young French producer was quickly able to hone his musical debut alongside local stars Affkt and Samuel Dan. Collaborations that gave rise to Darlyn Vlys style, a sensual and captivating tech house, tinged with jazzy influences and Latin percussions. His sound quickly got him signed to some of the most influential labels on the dance music scene. Get Physical, Upon You, Suara, along with Sincopat, his current label. Aside from his solo production, Darlyn is currently working on projects with Parisian producer, Days Off, along with his long time friend Affkt in a project called One Hand.

After playing some amazing shows in 2011 (Barraca, City Hall, Catwalk, Sonar), and releasing an array of EP's, 2012 looks to be even more promising.. with gigs already booked in Brazil, New York and EP's signed to Kling Klong, Mo's Ferry, Rawthentic and Sincopat.
