Its the NOW generation take over. Floating Points, Space Dimension Controller, Kyle Hall, Joy Orbinson and... Ka§par. Take note and follow them!
Music Life<). Now he returns with yet another floor shaker all his own: >Whatchadoo<.

The main track is a capturing piece from the get-go: an addictive house beat sprinkled over with smart dub effects... sweepy chords, and a nasty and funky bassline. Some strings soar high up, and in comes a dramatic breakdown... then a soul wrenching vocal hook storms in and the party gets out of control. "Whatchadoo" is absolutely the type of track that you can build your set around, and can work as both an up-to-date - yet classic sounding - floor filler, as well as a peak time wild card. With that being said, the remixes support the original to perfection, providing very distinct alternatives that can make you hold on to the 12" for a long time.
DJ NATURE of Golf Channel fame, gets to dub "Whatchadoo" into a spaced out, abstract disco dance floor monster! Possibly his fastest paced track to date, his remix for Ka§par may be one of the most surprising pieces you'll hear from Nature in recent times and a good example of why Nature's work is so in demand these last few years. The original's uplifting feeling gets twisted into a deep and merciless groover that throws down a dirty disco beat, some rib-shattering sub bass, with wild spacey atmospheres with bits of tasty vocal snippets added into the mix... a definitive must for lovers of all things dirty.

The second remix comes from a surprising debut artist: armenian born Vahagn Voskerchyan. Vahagn's demo tracks hit the Groovement camp a few months ago and were amazing enough to let him have a take on Ka§par's "Whatchadoo", turning it completely inside out and shooting the original track into fresh new territory. The result is a live sounding jazz-funk techno piece of potential classic status... swinged beats, slappy basslines, driving stabs and a killer arrangement make up an impressive debut remix that wraps up the release nicely, giving it very diverse interpretations on the same theme... and making it one of those records that hopefully you'll want to play many times over!
