Markenzeichen sind dabei wiederum unzählige, urbane Soundsignale, die beide dem direkten Umfeld der Techno Metropole an der Spree entnehmen und dabei zu einem frischen, hochenergetischen, über die gesamte Distanz ihrer Spieldauer mehr als funktionalen Body-Trackwerk verdichten.
Titel wie "I Just Wanna Be" oder "Berlin Bells" kombinieren dazu im Ansatz klassische Acid-House oder Detroit-Techno-Soul-Elemente und ergeben im Resultat ein vom klaren, klassischen Trackwerk bestimmtes Vinyl, das dennoch jeden Verdacht hinsichtlich Retro-CopyCats im Ansatz durch ungewöhnliches Sounddesign für den Club ersetzt. Und in dem die Remixes von Gigolo-Protagonist Mick Wills und Berghain Resident Norman Nodge glitzernden High-Tech-Funk auf der absoluten Höhe der Zeit für den Floor generieren, wie man ihn sonst immer nur von Meistern serviert bekommt.
Berlin's Techno veteran JONZON, who was one part of the legendary project Vein Melter together with Cosmic Baby, as well as a cheered hero in hundreds of well-celebrated UFO, Planet and Tresor nights, is now succeeding his work with another highlight called "Reflections Of My Mind" #1 in cooperation with his studio partner Sven Brede, after his own classic clubhits like "Hypnotized", "Sequential Polka" and "Cardiological Stomp". Once more, its trademarks are numerous urban sound signals, which are directly taken out of the immediate area of the Techno stronghold on the river Spree and then are being condensed into a highly energetic, functional body track over its entire playing time. Titles like "I Just Wanna Be" or "Berlin Bells" are combining classic elements of Acid House or Detroit Techno-Soul and thus result in a clear, classic track opus on vinyl, which yet is substituting any speculations regarding retro-style copying through exceptional sound design intended for the club and where the remixes of Gigolo protagonist Mick Wills and Berghain's resident Norman Nodge are generating contemporary brilliant High-Tech-Funk for the dance floor that is usually being served by champions only.
