"Dust Science returns with fresh blood for 2007 on the Faith Is Fear EP. Weve been fans of Fabrice Lig for years her at Dust. Hes released an avalanche of great techno on classic labels such as KMS, 7th City, FComm and Playhouse and hes done us produ with his first release for us. "Access Denied" is a surging, swinging, darkside monster thats relentlessly tricky and funky. The Detroit pads are seriously tripped out and swamped in glitchy beats and stepping hi-hats, and theres some serious low end; its a hell of a track. Regis and Female are responsible for some of the best UK techno ever made. Here they contribute C/Chaos; performed live at the Orbit in Leeds, its simply massive, propelled by downward twisting strings and utterly slamming, intoxicating electronic rhythms.
