the first ep comes on vinyl with three banger tracks. a1 one religion is a heavy garage track with a dominant m1 chord progression. a2 orchestra is mainly influenced by a strong bassline and represents darker shades of house b1 is an extraordinary track and shows perfectly that the stkd series includes different facets of house music.

straight movin minimalism! the ep kicks off with >abstract<, which is the name of it. the track is driven by a strong baseline accompanied by an analogue synthesizer surface, joined by constantly shifting percussions and open hat. a-sided >jacksons< program, number two on wax, follows a jerkin hi-hat groove that shines over the whole track which never ends and injects a dance catharsis.
