For more than 5 years Cargo Edition has been standing for the deeper house productions of Moon Harbour/Cargo Edition’s roster of artists. So far acts like Ekkohaus, Michael Melchner and Markus Schatz have been setting the tone. Now this platform is offered to artists who haven’t yet appeared on the label. The Warehouse release is the first of a series of Various Artists EPs. We invited artists like Steven Cock from Dresden, Ralph Sliwinski as well as the Italian acts Mass Prod & Marco DAquino and Minimono to contribute tracks to Warehouse Vol.1. The sound of the first EP is all about consistent house music that does not need any cheap rave tricks. Old school house music is quoted with skills and style and translated to the modern dance floor. Warehouse Vol.1 is the perfect start into the fifth year of Cargo Edition.
