Fellow Sheffiield resident Chris Duckenfield did a scissors and tape job on Burnin' Up for personal use - bringing the tracks Techno underbelly to the fore and riding those distinctive vocals over a more straight up arrangement. That Man Monkz loved the version so much, he insisted on including it here!
On the flip we get the wonderful 'Luv Goes Round N Round'. Heavyweight 21st century sample house that doffs its cap to the Detroit masters of the genre, but brings a little extra rough and rugged vibe to proceedings.[info from gg]
