October has been releasing bass driven music from broken dubstep to jacking minimal house since 2003. Having established himself with his own Caravan imprint, and a gig schedule that regularly takes in Fabric, Robert Johnson, Bunker NYC, Cookies & Horst he is now heading up Tanstaafl a collaboration with respected Berlin based DJ Jon Osborn and has killer releases lined up on Skudges own label and Will Sauls Simple. Borai has been a respected DJ for many years in Bristol, and can be found working behind the counter of one of the only 2nd hand record shops left in Bristol, Prime Cuts. He also works at Dub Studio the Bristol based dub-cutting house that has been making waves with their special vinyl dubplates. Together they make full use of the analogue synths and outboard effects in October’s studio.
