This October will see the release of Jesper Ryom’s ‘Aviator’ EP on La Fleur’s Power Plant Records, backed with a remix from the label boss herself. Budding producer Jesper Ryom has gradually become a well-respected name in electronic music since making his debut on Power Plant Records with ‘Nature Boy’ in 2011. Since making his debut Jesper has relocated to Berlin to embrace the thriving music scene the city has to offer, and has gone on to release with German imprint Freude Am Tanzen, as well as recently supporting Marek Hemmann on his latest album tour, which stands as testament to his striking skills as a producer and live act. Here we see Jesper Ryom make a return to Power Plant Records with the long awaited ‘Aviator’ EP, again showcasing his signature melodic, groovy and heartfelt style. On the latter half of the release we a remix that comes from label-head La Fleur, who reshapes ‘Aviator’ with her signature upfront style, opting for a more stripped-back feel with her interpretation La Fleur crafts a dreamy reshape fuelled by chiming melodies, while the rugged rhythms and infectious sub tones generate a more dance floor focused feel.
