Shrouded in a hazy mist it draws you to its understated groove, iO turns in a very considered production that evolves at a slow yet utterly gripping pace. The energy levels rise like the tide of the ocean, engulfing you before you know it. iO’s dexterity and cunning ability to keep the listener engaged manifests itself here, bomb! On the flip side, Malin Genie steps in to give ‘To The Unknown’ a new lick of paint and what we get is a jazzy, minimal rework with a jaunty skip in its step and a wicked bassline.
