What an absolute stormer, for those of you who have never heard this record, get ready to be blown away. Initially out in 1992 Inner Citys Pennies From Heaven was just the most perfect house anthem, I think it was Kevins Tunnel Mix which was the killer mix, here it has been strung out just a little by the Slow To Speak people. All the crucial elements are still there, amazing vocal, the most uplifting of pianos, ridiculously simple yet deadly bassline and fantastic crisp garage beats. Really they dont get much better than this, watch em go on NYE when you drop this. AWESOME!
