After the leading german newspaper "Süddeutsche Zeitung" wrote that Berghaus & his band "Family Vision Care" "are making timeless Soul, far from clishé-like trend or hype" now he comes along with his new Baby: Shareholder Tom. Thomas Berghaus is the Shareholder and acts as producer, multiinstrumentalist und songwriter.

In collaboration with the Eritrean-born female singer Fijori the Shareholder presents a beautiful Reggae-anthem with Soul and sunshine against the winter's frostiness which is delightfully complex and shows fluent transitions between Reggae and Afro-Beat with a blend of Funkyness. To give the original version a strong B-side, Thomas Berghaus & Soulplex Recordings managed it to sign the afro-funk-reggae Dutchmen AIFF, for a very relaxed and nice remix.

Shareholder Tom's "Single Warrior" is on rotation at russian, serbian and italian Radiostations.

Soulplex Recordings' first release "Sharon Jones & The Dapkings - Keep on Looking" in a Kenny Dope Remix has marked as a veritable hit on the dancefloors.
