Lead Track Diggler’s Job Is A Breezy House Number With Pimping Keys And A Beautiful Bass Bounce. There’s Plenty Of Movement In The Percussion And A Light Touch That Just Begs For Summer To Come. Shout Romance Is A Shade Tougher With Its Up-front Kicks And Acid-tinged Bassline. It Has Slow Burn Intensity That Is Nicely Counterbalanced By Smooth Reverb-soaked Vintage Synths.the Jackspot Remix Of Shout Romance Really Brings Out The Funk In Those Synths, Underpinning That With Down-the Line Percussion And Skittering Hats That Give The Track A Real Drive. Rounding Things Up Nicely Is In The Right Mood. The Track’s Bassline Is Sticky, Sweet Treacle Over Which Congas And Vocal Cuts Are Expertly Sprinkled To Create A Tasty Treat. It Never Gets Sickly Though… Horns Are Deployed Sparingly, And The Track Has The Same Cool As A Cucumber Minimalism That Makes This Ep Pure Pleasure On The Eardrums
