the sub label of sonic groove, -sonic groove experiments-, returns after a 4 year hiatus with a stellar re-release of the electrowave classic -eruption- by beta evers. originally released as a limited edition 12- back in 2005 on beta s own kommando 6 label. now in 2017 the original pressing goes for quite a fortune on the record collecting market. often exceeding €60 for a mint copy. for the first time in a dozen years this release is available on vinyl in its original running order but with very sleak new artwork for the normal asking price of a new store bought 12-.

the latest instalment from last night on earth introduces harry klein artist nico lahs. nico came to us with two original peak time cuts full of melodics and emotion that were a perfect match for the lnoe sound. also featuring on the ep is a super stripped back dub techno workout from the man like deadbeat who has always impressed us highly with his musical abilities.

crazy p return with the final remixes from the when we on album. these three remixes were the exclusive new mixes on the recent digital only remix album, but its only fair that remixes of this quality come out on wax.

we are proud to release the second ep from the new fluxion album on echocord. this work is about his travels in music. the sounds, influences and aesthetic of his actual travels, expectation-journey-destination, alongside the music influences deriving from them. through his prism those sounds, pictures, travels, emotions left traces of new directions, of future journeys to take. fluxion captured the motion in his travels with a different feeling each time. >eruption< is maybe the most powerfull deep dubby track from the traces album, perfect for the dancefloor. >motion 3< and >motion 2< are beautifull floating dubby tracks. finally morphosis did a remix of >eruption<, pure killer madness for the dancefloor. after a decade in the field of dub, techno, ambient, fluxion opens the horizon with music that cannot fall under one specific territory.

boys noize – the remixes 2004-2011’ shows ridha’s electro stylings applied to the best and brightest in the industry. spanning over 6 years of work, this album showcases boys noize’s ability to rework source material into his own unique and inspiring compositions. from the stunning beauty of his remix of feist’s ‘my moon my man’ to the emotive synth work on daft punk’s recent ‘end of line’, alex’s touch never fails to impress. when we say ‘the best and the brightest’, we truly mean it, from critically acclaimed legends like david lynch to the cooler than cool n*e*r*d, this release truly has ‘a lot’ for everyone. be curious on the remixes boys noize did for depeche mode, snoop dogg and justice.

in 1973 focus were at their peak! they simultaneously had two top 10 albums (focus 3 (movlp022) and moving waves (movlp023)) and two hitsingles (sylvia & hocus pocus). all of the musicians were voted as top 10 musicians in each of their categories. jan akkerman was voted worlds best guitarist. with a live reputation that proved focus lived up to these best musicians claims, the right thing to do was to release a live album: focus at the rainbow. (fact: on the night of the recording, due to the demand for encores, focus ran out of pieces to play!)
