a collection of legendary sugar hill releases from hip-hop pioneers grandmaster flash, melle mel & the furios five on double vinyl in gatefold sleeve.

trackmaster dre ode to the traditional squelching acid melting listful old school beats with grandmaster acid. the record contains decelerated beats married with laidback, thick and bubbly bass. the title track starts off as a raw and elastic dance floor mover, with a chamfer like 303 bassline that smooths out rougher edges. blockhead deuce is a simplistic track with shuffling drums that play with an impish bassline that squawks and squelches. old school viscid synths and bass keep an aloof feel with the progression in 4th.
