the fast rising dj-producer’s vinyl series continually picks up support from an array of respected talent, such as radio slave, raresh, laurent garnier, tini, italojohnson, apollonia, and more.
rhythmic and groove-led from the off, 004 begins with dustin summin blending intricate percussion with scintillating chords in a proper house workout. gass is a more low-end focused affair with its rippling bass and a cacophony of trippy stabs, whirrs and licks, whilst lfo fidget earns its name from its oscillating synths, with crunchy drums and atmospheric elements forming a mesmerising aesthetic. tying it all together, lemon groove is an undulating number with twisted effects and moody undertones.

adult only 47 has arrived with pierre codarin dropping some funk on 3 originals alongside a remix from dan ghenacia and chris carrier.........a1 telefunk kicks off things and rolls with a wonky filtered drum pattern picking up a real swung groove before a subtle vocal is then joined by a bass line can only be described as something from a late night jazz workout in the deepest darkest realms of the parisian capitol...detroit style pads and intricate keys keep this groove interesting through out the track pushing it forward more and more with sweet drum edits and skips that are all to known from pierre. a2 morning eyes twists things up with trippy spacey pads and a very nice 303 sitting low in the mix. driving drums make this track work well as it draws to a stripped back moment where the 303 really comes through and does its thing. this really is 6 minutes of a funk fueled adult only workout!b1 telefunk remix dan ghenacia and chris carrier dan and chris bring their twist on pierre s telefunk coming through with a very interesting take on things producing a very tight rework........... b2 evening juice grooves along with a nice warped synth stabs, a bass line that throws it self around the room, the drum pattern keeps things energetic through out alongside a faintly obscure vocal fitting well in the track, evening juice brings the soul and finishes the ep nicely making this overall a very solid package from pierre.

ebbing pads initiate the package in think before teasing in intricate percussion and moody bass throbs. metallic synths, mesmerising atmospherics and an ominous hook then make up front to back before moving on to the soaring chords and trippy nuances of everything you do. tying things together, universal man layers a medley of undulating components as ethereal effects operate throughout.

disco tech returns with volume 4! once again delivering those dancefloor ready edits that has become his trademark. starting off with dr packer s rework of the famous stevie wonder summer anthem and disco techs own edit of a rare cover version of papa was a rollin stone. the flip side takes on a more funky twist delivered by the italian disco legend ltj as well as the mexican funk don the funk district.

despite delivering a smattering of original nu-disco productions over the years, producer disco tech is probably most famous for his sneaky but relatively faithful reworks of classic funk, soul and disco cuts. here he returns to the re-edit field, reworking more sweet soul and funk jams. waiting on you delivers a slick, floor-friendly take on al green, while devil s work subtly tweaks a mid tempo funk-soul gem, check the suitably slow and dewy-eyed take me as i am.
