follow-up 4 track 12 inch to the first volume that was released earlier this year. in line with the concept of these two eps, the tracks were again taken from juergen junker live-set, recorded straight out of the machines. friend of the house is a collaboration with pavan mann, whose vocal parts are chopped to bits and more than just add to the live-live feel of the track. therell be more of him in the near future…watch out! its a jungle has a more hypnotic vibe and lures you deeper into the house jungle. dammit is the straight-up jackin track on this ep. no messing around, just rough sounding head-nodding material . feel what i feel starts of as a deep chordy affair. hard to let go off, once the little acid-lines start dropping in. all in all, its house! its that simple… as the neurhythmics also has its 10 year anniversary this month, there will be a special limited edition of this record. 54 records will come with a miniature 3-colour stencil canvas by juergen junker, hand-made and numbered, complete with a mini-easel.

the labels hiatus is over. a few years have passed and neurhythmics resurfaces after like-minded souls decided to bring it back. juergen junker returns with a 3 track 12inch that stems from a live-set concept he created over the last few months. raw as you like, it takes a distinct bow towards the earlier days of the windy city. dirty, knackered sounding drums, and cut-up vocal bits fused together to a driving force that is hard to resist. the a-side , >unclean mutha< is a definitely x-rated affair that has the jacking feel built right into arrangement. on the b-side, this is suitably followed up by >working her for real<, which is what we want to happen when this is being played in the club. work it, baby..! the second track, >honey< with its camp statement vocals and similar vibe rounds things up for the first part.

finally, 10 years after the official release, new massive remixes for this world hit. the voice is still maya, the remixes the mac project, get far & farolfi aka deelay club and pop trumpet club.

the moment the track between pounds its first kick, you can t help but be immediately sucked in by doc sleeps ear for sophisticated, minimal, beautifully engineered sounds. between is a track that stays on its groove while soft gorgeous pads pass over you like waves, it s the perfect time for patrons of a dingy basement dance floor to connect in the dark. lastly, ampere is a track that lays out a solid techno soundscape that is mixed up at the listeners surprise with heavily reverb’d snare hits and brooding sweeps. on the b side, two remixers bring doc sleep s ep into a different dimension. bottom forty label head nark extracts the gorgeous pads and pulls them to the forefront of between, starting with a long ethereal intro sure to stop and sway any dance floor before continuing into a grimy minimal 303 bass line as the subtle rubs to doc sleep s original sounds lend it an exasperated grinding element. the second remix from bottom forty artist cid & fancy takes ampere into a place of rhythmic organized chaos with synth stabs that shoot off like metal sparks.

um die glatte zehn voll zu machen, lässt es sich der labelinhaber natürlich nicht nehmen, einen eigenen track zu releasen. das original ist ein ruhig dahinschleichender electrohouse track mit kurzen abwechselnden breaks und schönen melodieeinlagen, die unglaublich hypnotisch wirken. trick&kubic (great stuff rec) machten daraus eine super techhouse nummer mit neotrancigen einflüssen, und die jungs von ampere drehen voll auf, indem sie den basslauf absolut peaktimetauglich hochschrauben, um den hörer früher oder später quasi zu zersägen. der g.t scary mix besticht durch seine variationen und ist der einstand des neulings auf kb records!!!! diese platte kann definitiv ein hit werden und sich in die herzen aller frohgesinnten technofreaks spielen
