the next release on our label is coming from berlin based nick beringer and we are very happy to welcome him on board. we have been following his work for quite a while now, so we were more than happy to receive this demo from him. the three tracks that we have chosen are a bit different from his usual productions and are working well in different situations or hours of a set.
this past year breakout artist lessi s. has had his name on records for taverna, berg audio with an east end dubs remix, brawthers courtesy of balance and more. for his first solo ep he features an a-side filled with his trademark minimal inspired house sound, complimented by a corky nick beringer remix and dance floor hitting colab with paolo rocco for the flip side. as a long time resident of the rawmoments event series lessi s. is living up to his expectations.

5 years ago it all started with our very first release the raw joints 1. we wanted to build a platform for our artists to publish their music as they see it. now 13 releases further we re ready to introduce our biggest project ever since: raw joints 5!! to celebrate our 5th anniversary we decided to do something special and we had so many tracks that we decided to do a triple lp with 14 tracks on it. a lot of new/old artists have contributed to this heavy weight dance floor bomb with various styles and energy. to top it off we asked our good friends from studio airport to complete this thing with a proper raw joint sleeve. the mask is the face of slapfunk and inside this gatefold sleeve you will find us all dancing to that one thing which unites us all: music! shout out to our dear friend vincent de boer for drawing the magic. with all the celebrations comes a europe tour as well so hold tight!

our last ep of the year is a special one as it marks one year of releasing records for keep it zen so we called on ian blevins along with remixes from amsterdams frits wentink and berlins nick beringer to end our year on a high. ian blevins is an influential name in the underground house scene and was mentioned by resident advisor as one of ibizas most talented residents. years of passionately listening to and searching for music, both new and old, has seen ians style mature which has helped shape his own productions and his mysterious duo al gobi.
