unter den sternen einer lauen frühlingsnacht hat der klangkuenstler drei seiner musiker-freunde zum pfoetchentango aufgefordert. herausgekommen sind dabei drei schwerelose groove-variationen des gleichnamigen titels, alle der nun anbrechenden freiluftsaison gewidmet.

the secret of luck lays not in property, but in giving. therefore klangkuenstler and shemian are releasing their first ep on kallias which is at the same time the first in 2013. the >gluecks ep< spreads this feeling through a successful conception of ist four tracks. the jointly produced >spiel mir das lied vom glueck< initiates this in a wonderful way. through playful chimes and mellow organ sounds paired with melancholic strings it let sunny feelings come up even in cold winter days. the remix of geschwister schuhmann is an outstanding and yet completely different interpretation, with its dreamy vocals, nestled in a warm and spherical soundshell created by the interplay of gentle organ sounds with synths, strings and mallet percussions. with >einhornallee< the b-side starts with a driving pumping groove and a hard syntheziser line dissolved by gentle chimes. >welttraum< fascinates because of an dramatic arrangement supported by extremely tense strings and fullfills it with a catchy xylophon melody.

mit seinen tänzelnden schritten ist der klangkünstler eindeutig hier auf der erde unterwegs, mit seinem wiegenden kopf aber scheinbar auf einem anderen planeten. wie er zu seinem namen gekommen ist? durch das gefühlvolle instrumentenspiel, mit dem dieser tagedieb seine streifzüge musikalisch illustriert! so fordert er tatsächlich einen streunenden hund zum pfötchentango auf, wobei sich temperamentvoll-südländische gitarren- und violinpassagen mit zügellosem herumgehüpfe zu pochenden rhythmen abwechseln. kurz darauf ist der klangkünstler von den zucken bewegungen eines clownfischs fasziniert, der zwischen wogenden basswellen funkelt. spontan holt er das piano aus der tasche, schlägt einen clubbigen groove an und improvisiert dazu auch noch auf der geige. dann hüpft er weiter, unter strahlenden klangfarben seinen regenbogentanz vollführend zwinkert er dem am wege stehenden mollono.bass zu. von so viel lebensfreude inspiriert, vertwistet der jene heitere melodie mit einem knarzig- rollenden bass und führt den regenbogentanz mit verträumter geste fort.
