brust oder keule, herr oberförster: bei tisch sind die vorlieben ebenso verschieden wie auf der tanzfläche. und so servieren uns die herren dreher & smart auf der neusten 3000° scheibe zwei erstklassige filetstücke zeitgenössischer elektronischer tanzmusik, die gleichzeitig ein erster vorgeschmack auf ihr anstehendes live album wandertag sind. der titeltrack nimmt die ursprüngliche idee von minimal auf und kommt so sehr schlank daher: mit nur recht wenigen sounds baut er beachtlichen druck auf. funkwerkstatt interpretieren das original auf der b-seite ebenfalls sehr reduziert, durch den einsatz von gezielten klicker sounds und dezent platzierten stimmeinlagen schaffen sie eine entspannte und doch anregende atmosphäre. daneben liefert man eine weitere abwechslung: auf einem unglaublich drückenden bassbett zielt ein ausladendes arrangement von verschachtelten percussions, trippigen soundeffekten und fluffigen melodien auf den dem feiernden menschen innewohnenden tanztrieb
