take a long and wistful stare out of routines window. beyond the urban sprawl and endless nine-to-five tape loop, pass the minds monotonous prattling and humdrum hum of breadwinning, losing and general existing, somewhere out there burns a summer eternal, with all its romances still in tact. a place full of sweaty nights and protracted lazy days where the breeze teases with salty lips, and the sun leaves its freckled kiss on basking knees and cheeks. this is where everything happened just so, where bittersweet memories were made and mistakes first revealed their lessons. here is where you can think, reflect or simply escape. here is your exit.

about a year ago der turnbeutel arrived with their first record into the stores. so now its time to celebrate - and they celebrate with a track that they wanted to release since oliver schories and friends established his label.

after releasing his debut album >herzensangelegenheit< in march this year, oliver decided to show his love to his mother once again on der turnbeutel. packed with three very different remixes, turnbeutel06 is a record you shouldnt miss. the first remix by aka aka & thalstroem is hittung mother hard, driving her up and down the dancefloor. david jachs mother presents herself sexy and well prepared for the upcoming summer season with her deep & groovy make up. in the end stefan volkersen slows things a bit down and shows mum some dubby love.

the 5th turnbeutel comes packed with 2 fresh tracks by julie and dc salas plus remixes by constantijn lange and zusammenklang.

der turnbeutel delivers its second release this year, as the protagonist of this release does. this time the turnbeutel will be filled by no less than one of germanys most famous djs: alle farben. having played almost every stage in germany he feels that 2012 has to bring some own stuff, too. the two tracks >roundabout< and >blue jester< feature his typical approach to music and will definitely delight every jester on the dancefloor, whether its round or round about quadrat. to complete the 4 track ep, our oliver schories put his >alle schwofen< (everybodys dancin) remix of >roundabout< on the vinyl and till krüger of (200 records) contributes a >alle ausziehen< (everbody strip to the buff!) remix of blue jester.

a new year, a new record. der turnbeutel brings its third vinyl into the recordstores. on the a-side you will find our old acquaintance datastix, who again show their lucky hands in finding the right track in these dark times of the year with their >penumbra<. it is accompanied by a remix from nadja lind (klartraum/lucidflow) – a remix that fills espacially the guys of datastix with a lot of pride. on the b-side clark davis turns his rounds with his >tretroller< (engl. scooter), a track which will drive the atomsphere on any dancefloor. the disk gets completed by a tretroller remix from andre kronert (night drive music), that comes so massive that even big boys can ride it smoothly.

we hope our last gym lesson could enhance your physical and m ental fitness so that you are well prepared for oliver schories >wildfang< -exercices on turnbeutel02. his original workout is by now well known for warming both your body and your soul, so that different trainers adapted it and developed multiple variations. one comes from ackers head mollono.bass, for sure he will help you to get in motion. in addition jaxson & david keno produced a monster remix of ollis track, as well as alex q (kleinstadtfeeling, mgf) did, both sticking to the melodic original but transporting its atmosphere into different directions.

shortly after the idea of acting as a record label under the guidance of oliver schories, the first release is already upcoming. different artists from northern germany convinced with their qualities and they found their way on the >nordlichter ep<. mauro basso brings with his >calm water< a potential summer-hit, which should not be missing on any open air event in our opinion. friends of more bassy amusement should listen to the hamburg/bremen based duo apnØ with their >trøt<, a track which encourages even the coolest northern lights to get into action. on the flipside >meet me on the streets< brings some deeper sound onto your turntable, accompained by a video on youtube, the intention of bremen-based duo datastix becomes definitely clear. last but not least julie* from papenburg, who is spinning only vinyl for years, shows us with her >cheerful expression< again, how to make your legs perk up. our advice is: dont disappoint your mum and make your exercises enjoyable: do not forget your turnbeutel in your next set.

it is done. k.o. the stickiness kreeps out of the studio window. all inspiration is bundled. what stays is the trash on the carpet, the coffee cups and a last sunbeam, which is entering the scene on that late summer day. two guys knocking with theirs feet on the floor. you see them smile. the first album of kollektiv ost is ready to enter the club.
