a lot of macadam mambo’s records are coming in the same time those days, but we didn’t wanted to pass the summer without this new 12” of fresh edits. here is a selection of 3 warm/happy/sunshine disco, latino, and electrofunk tracks. as far as we can know, obscure and hard to find stuff, selected by sacha mambo (honcho at macadam mambo) and keeto (honcho at les disques superfriends) and edited by sacha mambo. this project started last winter after a gig at telephone rose in annecy (alpes), this is the 1st part of a special collaboration between keeto and sacha, a 2nd “les disques superfriends” ep is schedule for next winter. but for now, this record is the one you really need to bring joy and happiness everywhere, playable night and day

record after record, the macadam mambo label tries to give you the best, and we are sure that new ep will not disappointed you. we are very proud to put out 3 stunning edits made by the master of european disco: albion venables from sweden. just a quick description of the tracks, ** disco mambo ** is… as you can imagine, a disco mambo track clearly dedicated to the label. ** hear the night ** comes from an obscure italian record with some french vocals part in it. and ** the mirror forrest ** is a beautiful electronic tune coming from an italian library record. record of the summer 2014, without a doubt!

for those who have been following macadam mambo from the beginning, you must have noticed that eclecticism and craziness are definitively the main lines of the label. well, this new release will prove it once again. we are honoured and have great pleasure of welcoming two new artists to the label. first we have the head of nation himself, hailing from chicago: traxx! and on top of that npnk , his agent, best friend and head of we like booking. a real family affair… they have prepared 4 stunning edits especially for us. exploring industrial, minimal synth pop, ebm, post punk. these are four raw, loud, insane, absolute must-haves. cut short: just sik!

after a serie of great edits on the previous macadam mambo edits records, guillaume des bois brings us 3 super cool re-edits of deep balearic, afro and funky stuff. top class, youve just got to check on the list

macadam mambo continues to tease us with forthcoming edits. mme404 ep will be dedicated to (ex) yugloslavian disco, reggae and synth pop edits. emir krkic is in charge of the rework duties. you might know him under his muslim disco club monniker, he released a killer ep on feed records last year.

here is the second macadam mambo release! the french collectiv strikes back with 5 disco weapons in order to burn the dancefloors. bob bernard delivers us 2 fresh cosmic boogies: mona lova and devorlez, pure madness! the guests of the record are loisirs modernes, two activists from marseille who run le passe temps club, theyve transformed an old rock cut in a fantastic balearic track, passionata, perfect to start a set. roger suchard with papy papy find probably one of the most beautiful loop to make you happy. and to complete the record, savala a very intense tribal boogie edited by bikini freak
