the second instalment of the secret rave series with more break beat loaded tracks ready to spice up every party in good old rave fashion.

180gr black vinyl, full colour sleeve. our journey continues with an ep of pure ageless music for the dancing brain, four tracks dusted from the archives of this mysterious artist. real name alastair johnson released only few eps and one album in the mid/late 90s and then almost disappeared, we are more than happy to have the opportunity to highlight this material. the other big great satisfaction is also to be able to involve the historical warp-affiliated duo b12 for a really deep and spacey interpretation. have a good trip!

art-aud is back to present his second release of the main series, after booming with the secret rave one. this release comes from a really important icon in the italian electronic-techno scene, a person that from the beginning of the 90s helped form what we enjoy now through his music, parties and writings. his name is andrea benedetti, aka sprawl. over the years he provided help to lory d in creating sounds never seen, founded his label plasmek, created a fanzine called tunnel and a distribution company with marco passarani, to name a few. this ep contains three tracks of pure electronic excursion and a remix by the rephlex-twins darcangelo. the track electrome was originally released in 1994 on his own label and now, after nearly 23 years, sees the light again with a remaster

g-23 makes his debut under the strange audio dreams moniker, coming through on italy s young art-aud label with a sweltering two-tracker backed by two heavy remixes. -error design 1- is a break-driven jam that never truly drops into pool of nastiness, leaving you yearning more, while -error design 2- strips the beats in favour of glitchy field recordings and percussion-driven drones. pan s nhk yx koyxen remixes the former into a wonky bit of brain dynamite, pushing those breaks in and out his melodic waves, cardopusher makes a deep techno roll out of the same original tune. all in all, a rather essential piece of gear.

art-aud are back with a new release! introducing dj archaea with a three-tracker that mixes deferent sounds, with uk influences but with a very american ghetto slappy touch. as a cherry on top to the already succulent and colorful package. the iatalian underground label called friends facta and rip swirl to interpret archaea visions in their own way, with results that bring the whole to be a beautiful sonic completeness.
