hailing out of montreal, 00:am follow up their killer first release with a four track va e.p. setting their stall out as a label to watch in 2018. the hutchin crew open up proceedings with an ethereal and hypnotic cut, coupling sweeping pads with dreamy keys. next up, dj ok takes things darker layering thudding toms and atmospheric strings with a sci-fi sampled spoken word. on the b side, cromie & iron curtis let the pounding bass sit centre stage interspersed with otherwordly synthwork and that high hat fizz. finally, science fiction steers things on a new wave tip offering up a down-tempo french vocal tinged closer to round off this stellar e.p.

0am001 is the first in a series of various artists 12-s in which we ll aim to capture the spirit of the 00:am dance floor with music we ve received and road tested across our beloved city s bars, clubs, & half cocked after parties. the first release brings together local neighbourhood staples / roommates priori and adam feingold alongside our good australian pal mike midnight and la s very own ashtrejinkins. expect house from the melancholy to the roughed up, live drums & breaks, and beautiful dubby atmospherics. all this to say, there s no set rules here, just good music from good friends, and hopefully a little something for everyone inside.

wilson records is back with a branding spanking new, special printed-screen edition celebrating label head, fabio monesis first solo ep. the succession of the label and fabios sound has been ever so apparent. a manifestation into something much more darker and refined, something represented crystal clear in the riveting rhythms of the a side with *gotta blaser* & *djago*. on the flip, the b side is a declaration of love, if you will, to the mother of it all, chicagos house music.
