exium can be considered with no doubt pioneers in the spanish techno scene, almost two decades of devotion, passion and work on behalf of what we know as serious and militant music. in their vast career the have released countless vinyls in labels from all over the globe and have spread their live sets throughout the most respected clubs and festivals all over the place.
they decide what their pulsations are, it can be minimalistic, complex, broken, layered or tooly and precisely, this is the case in this four tracker.

here you have the third installment of our pole group 50 milestone release, closing the trilogy in both vinyl and digital formats. all tracks have been made in common, each of the label foundational members have work sound parts that in a second process have been assigned randomly to others to work with them, in a creation loop that becomes somehow the true essence of the label. you ll never know who is making what, it s just oscar mulero, exium and reeko in essence and mixed up.

p.e.a.r.l. returns home with this brand new ep, after some exquisite releases in his very own falling ethics label it’s time for a new adventure in our label. sergio’s sound has a distinctive raw and dry appeal, focusing in sound sculpture and direct grooves, always pushing the edge of his equipment, using just the necessary elements, away from saturation and trendiness.

50 is a nice number of releases to be celebrated in style, that’s why we have cooked up a very special menu for this milestone. as the spirit of the pole group team we have combined everyone’s character on this record. all tracks have been made in common, each of the label foundational members have worked on their own sound parts that in a second process have been assigned randomly to others to work on them, in a creation loop that somehow represented the true essence of the label. you’ll never now who is making what, it’s just oscar mulero, exium and reeko in essence and mixed up. you’ll find no ambient interludes, no anthems, no big breakdowns, every piece in this creation has been designed for the finest dancefloors, rough textures mixed with solid beats and continuous synth lines, techno in its essence made by those who never left the boat in ruff times, pioneers making the soundtrack of the future.

as you may probably know, we have a sister digital label called aine, where we release mainly the work of new talents of the scene. now it’s time to step forward and give them physical exposure, of course on wax. for this purpose we have selected four tracks from aine’s back catalogue to start this mini compilation series. the chosen are ribe, oisel, refracted and ruptur3. three spanish producers and an italian one.

reeko comes home again with his brand new ep, one step more in his tremendous discography and again a statement of modernism, soul and anger, all in one. four different flavoured cuts of meticulously crafted club tracks, dense, obscure, liquid, sometimes harsh and incredibly sounding.

it’s time for lewis fautzi to introduce his first album on pole group, a collection of ten tracks of cosmic techno, carefully crafted making a soundtrack of the future, deep, intense and scientific.

after his warmly received digital release in our aine platform we are glad to introduce you the first solo ep by refracted in our label. this berlin based spanish producer is a modular and analogue expert and this work is a perfect example of his scientific approach to techno.

we welcome our very own kessell to pole group recordings, being a pivotal part of the spanish techno scene with his project exium with hector sandoval, he runs his label granulart curating the repertoire with the best producers out there. now is time for his debut as a solo artist with this four tracker, including three original tracks and a reeko remix.

oscar mulero is the man behind our release number 37, helped on remix duties by two of the main members of our team: architectural and tensal, who offer two different versions of oscars originals.

we are very glad to welcome mr. lewis fautzi to our team of producers. after having been part of our booking roster for a year, now it is time for this promising portuguese producer to get physical on vinyl. blood ep comprises two original tracks plus remixes by our very own duo exium and our man kwartz.

polegroup number 033 features reeko. after the successful releases in his own mental disorder imprint, he comes back home with this four-tracker. reeko s sound has evolved over the years and he has become one of the most original producers in the scene. his special approach to sound and texture, coupled with his very particular view of obscurity and mentalism, shines here in all its splendour.
