after the unanimous global acclaim of glass eights (dial lp 22), john roberts returns with fences, his second full length offering on hamburgs dial records. from elegantly dusted chamber pop and semi-psychedelic acoustic musings to turgid orchestral dance floor fillers, roberts creates a beautifully collaged symphony of recorded violins, cellos, cracked guitars, detuned pianos, faded samples, broken drum machines and manipulated answering machine cassettes.

following his two recent singles on scubas hotflush recordings, london based george fitzgerald is back with his much-anticipated third release and his debut for aus music. titled silhouette, the three-track ep includes two originals and a remix from american producer john roberts. fitzgerald once again manages to create a world in which garage, dubstep, house, r&b and a host of other musical influences happily co-exist. on silhouette hints of warm acid, layered oscillating synth lines, propulsive beats and fitzgeralds signature use of vocal samples make this a peak time affair, albeit an incredibly lush one. reset is eight minutes of forward thinking uk garage combined with the melodic sensibilities of detroit techno. for the silhouette remix, roberts develops a relentless broken groove, occasionally punctured by brief piano interludes that recall the sounds of his 2011 debut full-length on dial records, glass eights. a breathtaking remix that sounds like nothing else out there at the moment. in addition to silhouette, fitzgerald currently has remixes out for french house producer brawther on secretsundaze and uk bass artist throwing snow, as well as an upcoming ep on hotflush and a track on the labels recent compilation, back and 4th. this year will also bring the founding of man make music, a new label fitzgerald is starting with friends.

(we will not give you here a death threat ,but we were close to-please admit it) 10 years of producing under the different projects like big wigs, epi centrum and mass turbo! and lately you could taste of his sound on recently released maxis on whirlpoolsex, bretzel, jacek sienkiewiczs recognition and living records and here is his first boshke debut. we highly suggest to watch this interesting producer closer! he manages to seamlessly lead us through his special and unique fusion between minimal techno and neo trance, dressed with his unique sonic synthesises and topped with a top class sound production. on the b-side is a contemporary re-work of the sink master by maestro robert babicz (aka rob acid), speiced with the dancefloor power and a big roberts character this remix destined for all the modern contemproary djs on the planet earth!.
