a relatively recent partnership, harkin & raney draws from years and years spent lost in music. steve raney (known to many as oneauff) came to nyc in 2005 with ten years of djing already under his belt. it was shortly thereafter that he connected with eamon harkin, an irish-born dj who’s become a central figure in the city’s party scene thanks to his hugely influential club nights fun, prime time, mister saturday night, and sunday best.

founded in 1999 by italian techno legend, rino cerrone, rilis rec (the phonetic spelling of release) has been pushing a conceptual take on tech house for a decade. focused on providing functional, loop-based tracks, the series has evolved from the original ten untitled tracks to include special edition releases to create a .5 series.
